Sometimes there is a game I play w/ some girlfriends called: Your team or my team?
Where as we discuss whether someone is gay or not.
It is NOT easy!
The whole metrosexual & homothug dealios have screwed up my calculations.
at some point in time soon I pray: No one will care period. And the only discussion will be: are they loved? do they have someone that loves them?
That in my mind is a better discussion.

Last Friday, was especially fun @ the F Word. Aside from the crazy mixture of boys, girls, sexy, energized, giving flavor etc
New Jersey was in the House!
Thank you Jesus!
Melissa & Joe Gorga; her sisters, cousin Kathy and Richie & the wonderful Greg Bennett of Real Housewives of New Jersey all were in attendance to support Mrs. Gorga as she performed On Display!
Lots of pix on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.2706772267940.153044.1215807126&type=1

We lost a wonderful man recently.
Lou Maletta, longtime gay activist & gay-content TV pioneer, died peacefully in a hospital in Kingston, N.Y., near his home in the mid-Hudson River area, on Thursday, November 4, 2011

Tom Orlando & I were lucky to see Lou @ The Dish just last month.
His room filling laughter & bright eyes were so nice to take in as he strolled to a booth in the back of the restaurant.

Some people have colorful careers. Lou Maletta had colorful careers. In an age when people readily allow themselves to be relegated to a niche, Maletta refused categorization.

In his 74 years, he founded the 1st long-running gay tv news show; the 1st TV show to cover the gay porn scene & the 1st TV show to follow the underground leather, fetish & S/M scene.
He founded the Gay Cable Network in 1982, when the gay rights movement was not receiving broad media attention.
He was an activist‚s activist, who paired words w/ deeds in New York & across the Eastern Seaboard & the nation. He achieved a brief spate of infamy in the most scandalous TV advertisement in history. He was an out-and-proud pro-active sexual freedom advocate, who hosted men‚s parties for several decades

I saw this in the NY Post on Saturday:
Families worried about loved ones w/ Alzheimers getting disoriented & wandering off can now get them walking shoes w/ built-in GPS devices.
The Aetrex GPS shoes – w/ tracking system in the heel – go on sale this month & will cost about $300, Agence France-Presse reported

I know a few exes that I would have liked to stick that on their shoes ~ Just saying ~ as they wandered around a lot!

Hope you are ready for Fall, sure got chilly quick!
